Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
|3 eggs, whisked|
|1/4 cup broccolini, chopped|
|1/4 cup spinach, chopped|
|1/3 cup goats cheese|
|Pinch of chilli flakes|
|1/4 cup kale, chopped|
|1/2 cup Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins
- Coat a pan with non-stick spray or olive oil. Add eggs, vegetables, salt, and pepper, and cook over medium heat on the stove until sides begin to cook well in pan.
- Add in the Aioli and finish with remainder of the vegetables and pop in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes.
- Finish with the goats cheese and sprinkle of chilli flakes.
