Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
|2 large avocados halved and pitted|
|1/2 cup Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli|
|1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice|
|1/2 cup Diced Roma tomatoes|
|1/2 small red onion diced|
|1/3 cup sliced Coriander leaves|
|2 tsp cumin|
|Sea salt and black pepper to taste|
PREPARATION TIME: 10mins
- Add your tomato, onion and Garlic Aioli to your avocados and mash.
- Add in salt / pepper and cumin with a squeeze of lime juice.
- Top with the Coriander leaves and serve.
