Balsamic Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 cups spinach leaves
1 small block, Haloumi grilled
2 cups cooked Quiona
1/2 cup Birch & Waite Balsamic Dressing
       
SERVES: 2-4
PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins

Method

  1. Precook your quiona as per cooking instructions. Leave to cool slightly before plating.
  2. Grill your haloumi strips in a oiled frypan, and place to the side.
  3. On your serving plate, add a heaped spoonful of your quiona, spinach, tomatoes and haloumi strips. Drizzle over with the Balsamic Dressing and serve.
