Balsamic Quinoa Salad
|2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges|
|2 cups spinach leaves|
|1 small block, Haloumi grilled|
|2 cups cooked Quiona|
|1/2 cup Birch & Waite Balsamic Dressing|
PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins
- Precook your quiona as per cooking instructions. Leave to cool slightly before plating.
- Grill your haloumi strips in a oiled frypan, and place to the side.
- On your serving plate, add a heaped spoonful of your quiona, spinach, tomatoes and haloumi strips. Drizzle over with the Balsamic Dressing and serve.
