Banana Mayo Cake

Ingredients

Whole Egg Mayonnaise
1 ¾ cups plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 large bananas, mashed
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
175g Birch & White whole egg mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
       
SERVES: 10
PREPARATION TIME: 60 mins

Method

Mash your banana in your mixing bowl and add in all your wet ingredients. Mix together all our dry ingredients in to the same bowl and mix well until combined.

Once mixed well, pour into your lined spring back cake tin and bake at 170 degrees for roughly 25 minutes. Allow to cool before icing.
