|½ cup roughly chopped toasted walnuts|
|½ cup bacon chopped and fried|
|2 baby cos lettuce bunches, cut into halves or quarters|
|1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese|

Prepare your bacon and fry until golden. In the same pan, place your walnuts and cook until golden in colour. Set aside and roughly chop.
Rinse and prepare your baby cos lettuce on your serving platter. Layer generously with your nuts and bacon mixture. Shave fresh Parmesan all over your wedges of cos and drizzle with the Caesar dressing.
