Chicken Strips

Ingredients

Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
600g chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 cup panko breadcrumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup shaved Parmesan
2 eggs lightly beaten

PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins

Method

  1. Prepare your chicken strips and lightly coat in your beaten egg mixture and set aside on a plate. In a shallow bowl, add your panko crumbs, parsley, Parmesan and mix to combine.
  2. Gently coat your chicken in the panko crumb mix, ensuring the strips are covered well. Gently fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown and golden.
  3. Once all your strips are cooked, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve with a big bowl of the garlic aioli. The perfect partnership.
