Greek Yoghurt Pasta

Ingredients

Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing
400g penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup Greek yoghurty Feta & Dill Birch & Waite Dressing
1 cup of cooked green peas
200g of fried ham
1/3 cup basil leaves
       
SERVES: 2-4
PREPARATION TIME: 15mins

Method

  1. Cook your penne pasta as per cooking instructions, along with your frozen cup of green peas. Drain place aside.
  2. In a frypan, with a drizzle of oil, gently fry your ham.
  3. Add your ham to your pasta and toss with the cup of Greek yogurt dressing. Add fresh basil when plating and enjoy.
