Ingredients

Whole Egg Mayonnaise
2 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
½ cup Birch & Waite whole egg mayonnaise
2 tsp baking powder

PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl with an electric mixer.
  2. And mix until all well combined.
  3. Pour batter into a loaf tin and bake for 60-65 minutes at 160 degrees.
