Spinach Dip

SERVES: 6-8

Ingredients

Whole Egg Mayonnaise
½ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
1 jar Birch & Waite free-range whole egg mayonnaise
1 can of water chestnuts, roughly chopped
5 spring onions, roughly chopped
5 spring onions, roughly chopped
1-cup sour cream
2 tsp. dried chives
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. dried chives
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 package of defrosted spinach, chopped and drained

PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins

Method

Place your spinach in a microwave safe fish and defrost. Once defrosted squeeze out excess water and chop and place in bowl. Clean and roughly chop your spring onions, basil and water chestnuts.

Add these to your spinach mixture. Add in your mayonnaise, sour cream and mix all your dried herbs in. Refrigerate until serving.
