Thai Beef Chilli Salad
|1 cup mint leaves, chopped|
|1 cup coriander leaves, chopped|
|3 x seed in chilies|
|2 x beef steaks|
|1/2 red onion, sliced|
|1/3 cup Birch & Waite Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing|
In a pan add a tablespoon of olive oil, and gently fry your beef for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desire.
Prep your mint leaves, coriander leaves, onion and chili. Add cooled beef to your herb mixture and toss with the Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing and serve.
