Thai Beef Salad
Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing
|300g Beef (sirloin or fillet)|
|200g Glass Noodles|
|1 Lebanese Cucumber, sliced|
|12 Cherry Tomatoes, chopped|
|1 Red Onion small, finely sliced|
PREPARATION TIME: 30 mins
- Pan fry beef in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side, keeping the beef quite rare. Remove from pan and set aside to rest.
- Prepare glass noodles following packet directions.
- Slice beef diagonally across the grain.
- Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Drizzle generously with Birch & Waite Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing.
