Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing
|3 cups red shredded cabbage|
|1 bunch asparagus, blanched|
|1/2 cup chopped peanuts|
|1 cup parsley leaves|
|1 cup Coriander leaves|
|1/3 cup dried shallots|
|1/2 cup of Birch & Waite Thai Lime Dressing|
PREPARATION TIME: 10mins
- Shred your red cabbage and place on your serving plate.
- Blanch your asparagus for a minute and place aside.
- Arrange your your herbs, asparagus on top of your cabbage and drizzle with the Fresh Thai Dressing.
- Top with your peanuts and dried shallots.
