Thai Lettuce Cups
Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing
|Lettuce leaves, rinse and set aside|
|4 spring onions, diced|
|2 red chilies, deseeded and chopped|
|1 tin of water chestnuts drained and chopped|
|1 pack of beef mince|
|Sweet chili sauce|
PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins
- Simply fry your beef mixture with your spring onions, water chestnuts and chilies until starting to brown. Add in a few dashes of soy sauce, sweet chili and allow to cook for an additional two minutes. Add that final flourish of the Thai Lime dressing and mix well.
- Allow to cool, prepping your lettuce leaves. Spoon warm mixture onto your lettuce leaves and sprinkles with sesame seeds for that extra crunch.
