Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing
|400g pork mince|
|1 cup Birch & Waite Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing|
|2 spring onions chopped roughly|
|1 tsp chilli flakes|
|1/3 cup roughly chopped corriander leaves|
|1/3 cup roughly chopped peanuts|
PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins
- In your pan, fry the pork mince until browned evenly.
- To the mince add in the Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing and allow to cook for a further 2-4 minutes. Add in your spring onions and Coriander and remove from heat.
- Serve on your precooked rice, with loads of chopped peanuts for added crunch and a sprinkle of chilli for that burst of heat.
