Thai Pork Mince & Rice

SERVES: 2-4

Ingredients

Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing
400g pork mince
1 cup Birch & Waite Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
2 spring onions chopped roughly
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/3 cup roughly chopped corriander leaves
1/3 cup roughly chopped peanuts
Pre-cooked rice
       
SERVES: 2-4
PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins

Method

  1. In your pan, fry the pork mince until browned evenly.
  2. To the mince add in the Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing and allow to cook for a further 2-4 minutes. Add in your spring onions and Coriander and remove from heat.
  3. Serve on your precooked rice, with loads of chopped peanuts for added crunch and a sprinkle of chilli for that burst of heat.
