
Thai Pork Mince & Rice
Ingredients
Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing| 400g pork mince |
| 1 cup Birch & Waite Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing |
| 2 spring onions chopped roughly |
| 1 tsp chilli flakes |
| 1/3 cup roughly chopped corriander leaves |
| 1/3 cup roughly chopped peanuts |
| Pre-cooked rice |
SERVES: 2-4
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minsMethod
- In your pan, fry the pork mince until browned evenly.
- To the mince add in the Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing and allow to cook for a further 2-4 minutes. Add in your spring onions and Coriander and remove from heat.
- Serve on your precooked rice, with loads of chopped peanuts for added crunch and a sprinkle of chilli for that burst of heat.
