Wagyu Beef Burger
Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
|300g Wagyu Beef mince|
|4 slices Tasty Cheese (or Swiss cheese)|
|2 Tomatoes, sliced|
|1 Red Onion, small|
|50g Rocket & Spinach leaves, mixed|
|4 Brioche Hamburger Buns|
|Caramelised Onion Chutney|
PREPARATION TIME: 30 mins
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Pan fry, turning once, until cooked through.
- Build burgers using the above ingredients.
- Finish with Birch & Waite Whole Egg Mayonnaise Aioli before placing the top of the bun on. Secure with a skewer if required.
