Wagyu Beef Burger

Ingredients

Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
300g Wagyu Beef mince
Salt
Pepper
4 slices Tasty Cheese (or Swiss cheese)
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 Red Onion, small
50g Rocket & Spinach leaves, mixed
4 Brioche Hamburger Buns
Caramelised Onion Chutney

PREPARATION TIME: 30 mins

Method

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Pan fry, turning once, until cooked through.
  2. Build burgers using the above ingredients.
  3. Finish with Birch & Waite Whole Egg Mayonnaise Aioli before placing the top of the bun on. Secure with a skewer if required.
