Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
|115g cream cheese softened|
|1 slice of streaky bacon diced|
|1 spring onion sliced|
|1 jar Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli|
|4 medium zucchini sliced|
|100g grated/shredded cheese|
|salt/pepper to taste|
PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins
- Whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Add the softened cream cheese and mix.
- Add the bacon, spring onion and zucchini.
- Stir and pour into a lined baking dish.
- Cover with your shredded cheese and bake 180C for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked in the centre.
