PREP TIME: 10 minutes

walnuts 1/2 cup

bacon 1/2 cup

baby cos lettuce bunches, cut into halves or quarters 2

shaved Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup


  1. Chop the bacon finely and fry until golden. In the same pan, place your walnuts and cook until golden in colour. Set aside and roughly chop.
  2. Rinse and prepare your baby cos lettuce on your serving platter.
  3. Layer lettuce generously with the nuts and bacon. Shave fresh Parmesan all over and drizzle with Birch & Waite Creamy Caesar Dressing.
