Chicken Strips

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

chicken breast, sliced into strips 600 g

panko breadcrumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper 1 cup

chopped parsley 1/3 cup

shaved Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup

eggs 2


  1. Lightly beat eggs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the panko crumbs, parsley and Parmesan.
  2. Slice chicken strips and lightly dip in egg, before coating in crumb mixture, ensuring the strips are covered well. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Gently fry coated chicken dtrips for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown and golden.
  4. Once all strips are cooked, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve with a big bowl of Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli.
