Flourless Chocolate Mayo Cake

PREP TIME: 90 minutes

good quality chocolate buttons or chips 1 1/2 cups

salt 1/4 tsp

eggs, room temperature 6

white sugar 1 1/2 cups


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Prep your non-stick springform pan, with non-stick spray.
  2. Place chocolate, mayonnaise and salt in a large pot and melt for roughly 60 seconds. Stir and repeat until completely melted.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until light and thickened. Add the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and fold to combine.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for around 90 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
