chopped parsley 1 cup

cooked potatoes, cubed 500 g

Salt and pepper to serve

Method

  1. Cook your potatoes until tender, and drain.
  2. Add to your cooled potatoes, parsley, salt and pepper with the cup of Birch & Waite Greek Lemon Dressing.
