Broccolini, Chopped | 1/4 cup |
Spinach, Chopped | 1/4 cup |
Goats Cheese | 1/3 cup |
Pinch Of Chili Flakes | |
Kale, Chopped | 1/4 cup |
Sea Salt And Pepper To Taste | |
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise | 1/2 cup |
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Coat an oven-safe pan with non-stick spray or olive oil. Add eggs, vegetables, salt and pepper, and cook on stove at medium heat until edges begin to cook.
- Add in Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli and place pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Finish with the goats cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
