Aioli Frittata

Free Range Eggs, Whisked3
Broccolini, Chopped1/4 cup
Spinach, Chopped1/4 cup
Goats Cheese1/3 cup
Pinch Of Chili Flakes
Kale, Chopped1/4 cup
Sea Salt And Pepper To Taste
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise1/2 cup


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Coat an oven-safe pan with non-stick spray or olive oil. Add eggs, vegetables, salt and pepper, and cook on stove at medium heat until edges begin to cook.
  3. Add in Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli and place pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Finish with the goats cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
