|Spinach, Chopped||1/4 cup|
|Goats Cheese||1/3 cup|
|Pinch Of Chili Flakes|
|Kale, Chopped||1/4 cup|
|Sea Salt And Pepper To Taste|
|Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise||1/2 cup|
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Coat an oven-safe pan with non-stick spray or olive oil. Add eggs, vegetables, salt and pepper, and cook on stove at medium heat until edges begin to cook.
- Add in Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli and place pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Finish with the goats cheese and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
