Baby Cos Lettuce Bunches, Cut Into Halves Or Quarters | 2 |
Shaved Parmesan Cheese | 1/3 cup |

Method
- Chop the bacon finely and fry until golden. In the same pan, place your walnuts and cook until golden in colour. Set aside and roughly chop.
- Rinse and prepare your baby cos lettuce on your serving platter.
- Layer lettuce generously with the nuts and bacon. Shave fresh Parmesan all over and drizzle with Birch & Waite Creamy Caesar Dressing.
