Easy Russian Salad with Birch & Waite Parsley, Dill & Tarragon Seafood Sauce

Prep time:

Desiree Potatoes, Peeled5
Large Carrots, Peeled3
Large Dill Pickles, Diced4
Dill, Chopped
Parsley Dill & Tarragon Seafood Sauce


  1. Boil potatoes and carrots for 25 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain, then cool potatoes and carrots. Dice both and place into a strainer. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch. Spread out onto a clean tea towel to dry.
  3. Once dry, place into a bowl along with diced pickles and dill. Add a around a jar of Birch &Waite Parsley, Dill &Tarragon Seafood Sauce, or to taste. Combine gently, serve and enjoy!
