Easy Russian Salad with Birch & Waite Parsley, Dill & Tarragon Seafood Sauce
|Desiree Potatoes, Peeled||5|
|Large Carrots, Peeled||3|
|Large Dill Pickles, Diced||4|
|Parsley Dill & Tarragon Seafood Sauce|
- Boil potatoes and carrots for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Drain, then cool potatoes and carrots. Dice both and place into a strainer. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch. Spread out onto a clean tea towel to dry.
- Once dry, place into a bowl along with diced pickles and dill. Add a around a jar of Birch &Waite Parsley, Dill &Tarragon Seafood Sauce, or to taste. Combine gently, serve and enjoy!
