Thai Beef Chili Salad

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

mint leaves, chopped 1 cup

coriander leaves, chopped 1 cup

red chilies, sliced finely 3

beef steaks 2

red onion, sliced 1/2


  1. In a pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and gently fry the beef for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desire.
  2. Prep mint leaves, coriander leaves, onion and chili.
  3. Add cooked beef to the herb and chili mixture and toss with Birch & Waite Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing and serve.
