Thai Pork Mince & Rice

SERVES: 2-4
PREP TIME: 15 minutes

pork mince 400 g

spring onions, roughly chopped 2

chili flakes 1 tsp

coriander leaves, roughly chopped 1/3 cup

peanuts, roughly chopped 1/3 cup

Pre-cooked rice 4 cups

Method

  1. In a pan, fry the pork mince until browned evenly.
  2. Add the Birch & Waite Thai, Lime & Coriander Dressing to the mince and allow to cook for a further 2-4 minutes. Add in the spring onions and coriander and then remove from heat.
  3. To serve, place pork mince on top of 1 cup of precooked and top with loads of chopped peanuts for added crunch and a sprinkle of chili for that burst of heat.
