Wagyu Beef mince 300 g

salt & pepper

Tasty Cheese (or Swiss cheese) 4 slices

tomatoes, sliced 2

red onion, small 1

mixed rocket & spinach leaves 50 g

Brioche hamburger buns 4

caramelised onion chutney

Method

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  2. Pan fry, turning once, until cooked through.
  3. Pan fry, turning once, until cooked through.
  4. Before placing the top of the bun on, finish with Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise. Secure with a skewer if required.
