Wagyu Beef Burger

PREP TIME: 30 minutes

Wagyu Beef mince 300 g

salt & pepper

Tasty Cheese (or Swiss cheese) 4 slices

tomatoes, sliced 2

red onion, small 1

mixed rocket & spinach leaves 50 g

Brioche hamburger buns 4

caramelised onion chutney


  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  2. Pan fry, turning once, until cooked through.
  3. Before placing the top of the bun on, finish with Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise. Secure with a skewer if required.
