Zucchini, Thinly Sliced Lengthwise3
Lebanese Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced Lengthwise2
Fennel Bulb, Thinly Sliced Cut In Wedges1
Radishes, Thinly Sliced8
Micro Herbs


  1. Prepare salad ingredients
  2. Combine in a salad bowl or on a platter
  3. Dress with Birch & Waite French Vinaigrette and garnish with micro herbs


Place carrot slices in iced water for 1 hour to make them curl for presentation.
