Wagyu Beef Mince | 200 g |
Medium Brown Onion, Sliced | 60 g |
Beetroot Slices | 2 |
Tomato Slices | 2 |
Small Handful Mixed Lettuce Leaves | |
Ground Sea Salt Flakes | |
Freshly Ground Pepper | |
Brioche Bun | 1 |
Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise | 1 tbsp |
Beetroot Relish | 1 tbsp |
Method
- Preheat a barbecue or grill to high.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and shape into a burger patty. Grill on both sides to your liking. Cook onions while grilling burger patty.
- Cut brioche bun in half and toast lightly on barbecue or grill.
- Build burger by layering with mixed lettuce, Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise, beetroot slices, tomato slices, grilled onion & Wagyu patty. Finish with generous serve of Birch & Waite Beetroot Relish on top.
