Wagyu Beef Burger with Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise and Birch & Waite Beetroot Relish

Wagyu Beef Mince200 g
Medium Brown Onion, Sliced60 g
Beetroot Slices2
Tomato Slices2
Small Handful Mixed Lettuce Leaves
Ground Sea Salt Flakes
Freshly Ground Pepper
Brioche Bun1
Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise1  tbsp
Beetroot Relish1  tbsp


  1. Preheat a barbecue or grill to high.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and shape into a burger patty. Grill on both sides to your liking. Cook onions while grilling burger patty.
  3. Cut brioche bun in half and toast lightly on barbecue or grill.
  4. Build burger by layering with mixed lettuce, Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise, beetroot slices, tomato slices, grilled onion & Wagyu patty. Finish with generous serve of Birch & Waite Beetroot Relish on top.
