Darren Robertson's Chicken Flatbread with Birch & Waite Ranch Dressing Slaw
|Soy Sauce||1 tbsp|
|Dried Coriander||1 tsp|
|Minced Garlic||1 tsp|
|Smoked Paprika||1 tsp|
|Small Red Cabbage||half|
|Red Onion, Diced||1|
|Parsley, Mint & Fresh Coriander, Chopped||1 handful each|
|Hot Sauce Of Your Choice (Optional)|
- Marinate whole chicken in soy, honey, cumin, fennel, coriander, garlic, ginger and smoked paprika. Roast with olive oil at 185°C for 45 minutes.
- Slaw: Chop red cabbage, red onion, herbs and fold through our Birch & Waite Ranch Dressing.
- Serve in flatbread with diced cucumber, tomato salsa, a splash of hot sauce and a generous drizzle of Birch & Waite Ranch Dressing. Enjoy!
