Stone Fruit and Haloumi Salad with Birch & Waite Beetroot & Blood Orange Dressing

Mixed Baby Lettuce Leaves, Washed60 g
Mixed Fresh Plums, Fresh Figs & Nectarines150 g
Haloumi, Cut Into 4 Equal Size Pieces80 g
Sunflower Seeds20 g
Private: Beetroot & Blood Orange Dressing40 mL


  1. Heat a griddle pan on high heat.
  2. Place a small amount of oil in pan. Grill haloumi on both sides till golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In a bowl, gently mix lettuce leaves, plums, figs, nectarines and haloumi.
  4. Carefully arrange on a plate. Drizzle with Birch & Waite Beetroot and Blood Orange dressing. Finish with sunflower seeds.
