Mixed Baby Lettuce Leaves, Washed | 60 g |
Mixed Fresh Plums, Fresh Figs & Nectarines | 150 g |
Haloumi, Cut Into 4 Equal Size Pieces | 80 g |
Sunflower Seeds | 20 g |
Private: Beetroot & Blood Orange Dressing | 40 mL |
Method
- Heat a griddle pan on high heat.
- Place a small amount of oil in pan. Grill haloumi on both sides till golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
- In a bowl, gently mix lettuce leaves, plums, figs, nectarines and haloumi.
- Carefully arrange on a plate. Drizzle with Birch & Waite Beetroot and Blood Orange dressing. Finish with sunflower seeds.
