Stone Fruit and Haloumi Salad with Birch & Waite Beetroot & Blood Orange Dressing

|Mixed Baby Lettuce Leaves, Washed||60 g|
|Mixed Fresh Plums, Fresh Figs & Nectarines||150 g|
|Haloumi, Cut Into 4 Equal Size Pieces||80 g|
|Sunflower Seeds||20 g|
|Private: Beetroot & Blood Orange Dressing||40 mL|
- Heat a griddle pan on high heat.
- Place a small amount of oil in pan. Grill haloumi on both sides till golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
- In a bowl, gently mix lettuce leaves, plums, figs, nectarines and haloumi.
- Carefully arrange on a plate. Drizzle with Birch & Waite Beetroot and Blood Orange dressing. Finish with sunflower seeds.
