Brown Butter Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe

Butter1 ½ tbsp
Cooked gnocchi600g
Birch & Waite Cacio e Pepe Style Pasta Sauce2 packets
Pouring cream2 tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese¼ cup
Crushed black pepperTo taste


  1. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes until it starts to become golden brown.
  2. Add gnocchi. Toss and cook for 2-3 minutes until gnocchi is golden and toasted.
  3. Add Birch & Waite Cacio e Pepe Style Pasta Sauce and cream.
  4. Cook for a minute, tossing constantly until gnocchi is coated in sauce and warmed through.
  5. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper. Serve immediately.
