|Cream Cheese, Softened||115 g|
|Streaky Bacon, Diced||1 rasher|
|Spring Onion, Sliced||1|
|Medium Zucchinis, Sliced||4|
|Grated Or Shredded Cheese||100 g|
|Salt & Pepper To Taste|
|Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise||1 jar|
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together, then add in the Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise and softened cream cheese and mix to combine.
- Stir in the bacon, spring onion and zucchini.
- Pour into a lined baking dish and cover with cheese.
- Cover with your shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven, or until cooked in the centre.
