Birch & Waite Red Wine Napoletana Pasta Sauce1 packet
Fresh pappardelle250g
Truss cherry tomatoes100g
Basil leavesHandful
Grated Parmesan cheeseTo serve


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  2. Cook pasta per packet instructions until al dente. Drain once cooked.
  3. Pour Red Wine Napoletana Pasta Sauce into a microwavable container or jug and heat on high for 60 seconds.
  4. Stir sauce through hot pasta.
  5. Stir cherry tomatoes through hot pasta.
  6. Sprinkle over a handful of basil leaves.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
