Wagyu Beef Burger with Birch & Waite Aioli Sauce & Dip

Wagyu Beef Mince300 g
Salt & Pepper
Tasty Cheese (Or Swiss Cheese)4 Slices
Tomatoes, Sliced2
Red Onion, Small1
Mixed Rocket & Spinach Leaves50 g
Brioche Hamburger Buns4
Aioli Sauce & Dip
OPTIONAL: Birch & Waite Professional Kitchen Caramelised Onion

Method

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  2. Pan fry patties, turning once, until cooked through.
  3. Assemble the burger, lathering on Birch & Waite Aioli Sauce & Dip and the optional Birch & Waite Caramelised Onion. Serve and enjoy!
