Method
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Pan fry patties, turning once, until cooked through.
- Assemble the burger, lathering on Birch & Waite Aioli Sauce & Dip and the optional Birch & Waite Caramelised Onion. Serve and enjoy!
