Red Onion, Peeled And Sliced | 1/2 |
Rocket Leaves | 2 cups |
Red Chilli Flakes | 1/2 tsp |
Salt And Black Pepper, To Taste | |
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing | 3 tbsp |
Method
- Add watermelon, feta, onion, rocket, chilli flakes and Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing to a large bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
