Chicken and Chickpea Power Salad

|Shredded Cooked Chicken Breast||½ cup|
|Drained Tinned Chickpeas||¼ cup|
|Crumbled Soft Danish Feta||¼|
|Pre Cooked Quinoa||½ cup|
|Baby Spinach Leaves||1 cup|
|Cherry Tomato’s Halved||4|
|Sliced Red Onion||¼ cup|
|Green Goddess Dressing||35 mL portion|
- Combine chicken, chickpeas, onions, quinoa in a large bowl. Season with black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Layer baby spinach leaves into your container and top with the ingredients from your large bowl.
- Place Birch & Waite Green Goddess dressing portion in your container and when ready to eat, drizzle and enjoy.
