Drained Tinned Chickpeas | ¼ cup |
Crumbled Soft Danish Feta | ¼ |
Pre Cooked Quinoa | ½ cup |
Baby Spinach Leaves | 1 cup |
Cherry Tomato’s Halved | 4 |
Sliced Red Onion | ¼ cup |
Green Goddess Dressing | 35 mL portion |
Method
- Combine chicken, chickpeas, onions, quinoa in a large bowl. Season with black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Layer baby spinach leaves into your container and top with the ingredients from your large bowl.
- Place Birch & Waite Green Goddess dressing portion in your container and when ready to eat, drizzle and enjoy.
