Pita Wholemeal Wraps8-10
Pre-Cooked Roast ChickenHalf
Shredded Cabbage
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing1/2 cup

Method

  1. Shred the chicken. Add Birch & Waite Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing and mix well.
  2. Half your pitas and layer generously with chicken, sliced cheese and shredded cabbage.

Cook’s Note

You can substitute the cabbage mix for lettuce, tomato and any other salad mix you wish to use
