Penne Pasta | 400 g |
Frozen Green Peas | 1 cup |
Ham, Diced | 200 g |
Fresh Basil | 1/3 cup |
Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing | 1 cup |
Method
- Cook the penne pasta as per packet cooking instructions, along with a cup of frozen green peas. Drain place aside.
- Drizzle olive oil into a frypan and gently fry the ham.
- Combine the ham and pasta and toss with Birch & Waite Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing. Sprinkle with fresh basil to serve.
