Greek Yoghurt Pasta

Serves: 2-4
Prep time: 15 minutes

Penne Pasta400 g
Frozen Green Peas1 cup
Ham, Diced200 g
Fresh Basil1/3 cup
Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing1 cup


  1. Cook the penne pasta as per packet cooking instructions, along with a cup of frozen green peas. Drain place aside.
  2. Drizzle olive oil into a frypan and gently fry the ham.
  3. Combine the ham and pasta and toss with Birch & Waite Greek Style Yoghurt, Feta & Dill Dressing. Sprinkle with fresh basil to serve.
