Creamy Garlic Hummus

Serves: 2-4
Prep time: 15 minutes

Canned Chickpeas2 cups
Tahini2 tbsp
Olive Oil4 tbsp
Warm Water1/4 cup
Lemon, Juice Squeezed1
Salt1/4 tsp
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise1/2 cup


  1. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas. Add them, and all other ingredients, including the Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise, to the food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Scrape ingredients off sides of food processor to make sure it blends evenly.

Cook’s Note

If you find that the hummus is too thick, you can add additional olive oil at this time. Add it very slowly, allowing the mixture to combine fully before adding more liquid.
