Canned Chickpeas | 2 cups |
Tahini | 2 tbsp |
Olive Oil | 4 tbsp |
Warm Water | 1/4 cup |
Lemon, Juice Squeezed | 1 |
Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise | 1/2 cup |
Method
- Rinse and drain canned chickpeas. Add them, and all other ingredients, including the Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise, to the food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Scrape ingredients off sides of food processor to make sure it blends evenly.
Cook’s Note
If you find that the hummus is too thick, you can add additional olive oil at this time. Add it very slowly, allowing the mixture to combine fully before adding more liquid.
