Aioli Guacamole

Large Avocados Halved And Pitted2
Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice1 tbsp
Diced Roma Tomatoes1/2 cup
Small Red Onion Diced1/2
Sliced Coriander Leaves1/3 cup
Cumin2 tsp
Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise1/2 cup


  1. Combine tomato, onion and Birch & Wait Garlic Aioli with avocados and mash.
  2. Add in salt, pepper and cumin with a squeeze of lime juice.
  3. Top with the coriander leaves and serve.
