Diced Roma Tomatoes | 1/2 cup |
Small Red Onion Diced | 1/2 |
Sliced Coriander Leaves | 1/3 cup |
Cumin | 2 tsp |
Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste | |
Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise | 1/2 cup |
Method
- Combine tomato, onion and Birch & Wait Garlic Aioli with avocados and mash.
- Add in salt, pepper and cumin with a squeeze of lime juice.
- Top with the coriander leaves and serve.
