|Diced Roma Tomatoes||1/2 cup|
|Small Red Onion Diced||1/2|
|Sliced Coriander Leaves||1/3 cup|
|Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste|
|Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise||1/2 cup|
- Combine tomato, onion and Birch & Wait Garlic Aioli with avocados and mash.
- Add in salt, pepper and cumin with a squeeze of lime juice.
- Top with the coriander leaves and serve.
