Baked Snapper with Birch & Waite Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce

Prep time:

Whole Snapper, Cleaned1.2 kg
Lemon, Sliced1
Olive Oil1 tsp
Fennel, Finely Sliced1
Radish, Finely Sliced3
Spring Onion, Finely Sliced On Angle1/2 bunch
Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce1/4 cup


  1. Preheat BBQ or oven to 180°C.
  2. Place two sheets of alfoil on a bench and top with a piece of baking paper, then lay down the snapper. Place lemon slices into fish cavity, season with salt & pepper, then wrap fish up in foil. Cook for 20 – 25 mins.
  3. Serve fish on a bed of fennel and radish, dressed generously with Birch & Waite Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce and garnished with fresh spring onion. Serve and enjoy!
