Baked Snapper with Birch & Waite Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce
|Whole Snapper, Cleaned||1.2 kg|
|Olive Oil||1 tsp|
|Fennel, Finely Sliced||1|
|Radish, Finely Sliced||3|
|Spring Onion, Finely Sliced On Angle||1/2 bunch|
|Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce||1/4 cup|
- Preheat BBQ or oven to 180°C.
- Place two sheets of alfoil on a bench and top with a piece of baking paper, then lay down the snapper. Place lemon slices into fish cavity, season with salt & pepper, then wrap fish up in foil. Cook for 20 – 25 mins.
- Serve fish on a bed of fennel and radish, dressed generously with Birch & Waite Golden Goddess Dressing & Sauce and garnished with fresh spring onion. Serve and enjoy!
