Balsamic Strawberry Tart with Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce

Strawberries, Hulled And Quartered
500 g
Icing Sugar2 tbsp
Puff Pastry Sheet1
Egg White, Lightly Whisked1
Whipped Cream, To Taste
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce2 tbsp

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add strawberries, Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and icing sugar. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan forced.
  3. Place puff pastry on a lined baking tray. Add strawberries to the middle, bringing the edges around the strawberries. Brush the top pastry with some egg white.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with cream, generously drizzling with Birch & Waite Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce.
