Balsamic Strawberry Tart with Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Belgian Chocolate Dessert Sauce

Strawberries, Hulled And Quartered | 500 g |
Icing Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Puff Pastry Sheet | 1 |
Egg White, Lightly Whisked | 1 |
Whipped Cream, To Taste | |
Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing | |
Birch & Waite Belgian Chocolate Dessert Sauce | 2 tbsp |
Method
- In a large bowl, add strawberries, Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and icing sugar. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan forced.
- Place puff pastry on a lined baking tray. Add strawberries to the middle, bringing the edges around the strawberries. Brush the top pastry with some egg white.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with cream, generously drizzling with Birch & Waite Belgian Chocolate Dessert Sauce.
