Balsamic Strawberry Tart with Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce
Prep time: 30 minutes
- In a large bowl, add strawberries, Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and icing sugar. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan forced.
- Place puff pastry on a lined baking tray. Add strawberries to the middle, bringing the edges around the strawberries. Brush the top pastry with some egg white.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with cream, generously drizzling with Birch & Waite Milk Chocolate Dessert Sauce.
