Cherry Or Roma Tomatoes, Halved | 8 |
Precooked Brown Rice | 1 cup |
Crumbled Feta | 1/3 cup |
Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped | 1/3 cup |
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing |
Method
- Place washed lentils in a bowl and add the chopped tomato, cooked brown rice and parsley.
- Add a good lashing of the Birch & Waite Balsamic Vinaigrette till evenly coated and mix well.
- Sprinkle with Greek feta for a final flourish before serving.
