Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Eggs, Room Temperature | 6 |
White Sugar | 1 1/2 cups |
Signature Whole Egg Mayonnaise | 200 ml |
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Prep your non-stick springform pan, with non-stick spray.
- Place chocolate, mayonnaise and salt in a large pot and melt for roughly 60 seconds. Stir and repeat until completely melted.
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until light and thickened. Add the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and fold to combine.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for around 90 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
