Green Goddess Pasta with Birch & Waite Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce

Fettuccine300 g
Edamame Beans, Podded100 g
Zucchini, In Ribbons1
Baby Spinach100 g
Goats Cheese100 g
Sea Salt And Fresh Cracked Pepper
Chilli Flakes, Optional
Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce1/4 cup

Method

  1. In a large saucepan of boiling water follow fettuccine directions and cook pasta al dente.
  2. Add the edamame beans and zucchini and cook for a further minute.
  3. Drain pasta and vegetables, then return back to saucepan. Add spinach, Birch & Waite Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce and goats cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and optional chilli flakes. Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce.Serve and enjoy!
