Fettuccine | 300 g |
Edamame Beans, Podded | 100 g |
Zucchini, In Ribbons | 1 |
Baby Spinach | 100 g |
Goats Cheese | 100 g |
Sea Salt And Fresh Cracked Pepper | |
Chilli Flakes, Optional | |
Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce | 1/4 cup |
Method
- In a large saucepan of boiling water follow fettuccine directions and cook pasta al dente.
- Add the edamame beans and zucchini and cook for a further minute.
- Drain pasta and vegetables, then return back to saucepan. Add spinach, Birch & Waite Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce and goats cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and optional chilli flakes. Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing & Sauce.Serve and enjoy!
