|Chicken Breast, Sliced Into Strips||600 g|
|Panko Breadcrumbs, Seasoned With Salt And Pepper||1 cup|
|Chopped Parsley||1/3 cup|
|Shaved Parmesan Cheese||1/3 cup|
|Private: Aioli Garlic Whole Egg Mayonnaise|
- Lightly beat eggs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the panko crumbs, parsley and Parmesan.
- Slice chicken strips and lightly dip in egg, before coating in crumb mixture, ensuring the strips are covered well. Set aside on a plate.
- Gently fry coated chicken dtrips for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown and golden.
- Once all strips are cooked, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve with a big bowl of Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli.
