Panko Breadcrumbs, Seasoned With Salt And Pepper | 1 cup |
Chopped Parsley | 1/3 cup |
Shaved Parmesan Cheese | 1/3 cup |
Eggs | 2 |

Method
- Lightly beat eggs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the panko crumbs, parsley and Parmesan.
- Slice chicken strips and lightly dip in egg, before coating in crumb mixture, ensuring the strips are covered well. Set aside on a plate.
- Gently fry coated chicken dtrips for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown and golden.
- Once all strips are cooked, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve with a big bowl of Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli.
