Aioli Guacamole

SERVES: 2-4
PREP TIME: 10 minutes

large avocados halved and pitted 2

fresh squeezed lime juice 1 tbsp

diced Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup

small red onion diced 1/2

sliced Coriander leaves 1/3 cup

cumin 2 tsp

sea salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine tomato, onion and Birch & Wait Garlic Aioli with avocados and mash.
  2. Add in salt, pepper and cumin with a squeeze of lime juice.
  3. Top with the coriander leaves and serve.
