Zucchini Slice

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

eggs 6

cream cheese, softened 115 g

streaky bacon, diced 1 rasher

spring onion, sliced 1

medium zucchinis, sliced 4

grated or shredded cheese 100 g

salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk together, then add in the Birch & Waite Whole Egg Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise and softened cream cheese and mix to combine.
  3. Stir in the bacon, spring onion and zucchini.
  4. Pour into a lined baking dish and cover with cheese.
  5. Cover with your shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven, or until cooked in the centre.
